Biography

(BSME 1985) is Director of the 767 Final Assembly project for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, where he manages a 1,100 person business unit responsible for systems installation, functional test and final assembly of the 767. He is responsible for defining, producing, and procuring detail-production and assembly tooling, and serves as BCAG Process Owner for Russian tooling procurement activity.

He joined The Boeing Company in 1986 as an Engineer in Boeing Computer Services, becoming a System Manager the following year. Subsequent positions include: Project Manager of an automated shop floor control system for BCAG Tooling, Fabrication Division Tooling Supervisor, and 777 Division Major Assembly Manager. These positions were followed by Fabrication Division Assignments as Tooling General Supervisor, Tool Engineering Manager, Tooling Superintendent, and Tooling Manufacturing Business Unit Manager.

In June 1991 Pat received a dual degree of Masters in Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.

Pat has been or is presently involved in the Ed Wells Initiative Board of Trustees, National Academy of Engineering (NAE), Quality Through Training Program (QTTP), Sloan Annual Interview Program, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

In the community, Pat has been involved in the ACT Theater Fundraising Committee and the Loan Executive Program, assisting the Office of the Washington Secretary of State in evaluating and reorganizing its Corporate Division.

Married with two children, Pat is involved in many family activities and enjoys playing golf.
